Centurion

Created with the latest support for HTML5 and CSS3, Centurion is a nifty little tool for prototyping Web pages on top of a responsive grid system.

This means the programmer writes a page's source code and content only once, and the framework deals with all the trouble of rearranging and shuffling content around whenever the visitor is using a smartphone or tablet to access the page.
