Dough.js

Dough.js is a collection of JavaScript functions for dealing with basic operations like DOM selection, CSS transforms, CSS transitions, CSS toggling, AJAX operations, and their explicit callback functions.

The library is extremely lightweight at around 3Kb and is also tested with all modern browsers.

Dough can be used with any Web-based application, may it be for desktop or mobile use.

The library is extremely well documented and can be a lighter alternative for tools like jQuery, Zepto.js, or MooTools.
