prefillForm takes data from a JSON file and adds it to a Web form to specified fields at page load.
This means the user has only to fill in his own details and additions to the the default form and submit it.
If a field's data is not useful, he can just simply delete it and enter his own.
A demo is included with the download package. Installation instructions are also provided with the package's README file.
