jQuery Feedback Me Plugin

This feedback slider panel is fully animated and can hold more than just a form if needed to.

When submitted, the form will send its data via AJAX to the server.

The plugin is jQuery UI ThemeRoller and Twitter Bootstrap friendly.

RTL alignment support is also included.
