WP-DBManager is a plugin dedicated strictly for webmasters, developers and for people with basic database and SQL knowledge.
WP-DBManager allows site admins to optimize their local MySQL databases by performing a series of basic operations to improve the DB's overall performance.
Admin can also create DB backups for security purposes, and easily download and restore them at any later point.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
