WP-RelativeDate

Twitter is the website responsible for promoting the relative date/time format.

WP-RelativeDate implements a similar system for the WordPress platform, using sentences like "today", "yesterday", "3 weeks ago", "4 minutes ago", or "9 years ago" instead of the classical way of printing dates/time.

The plugin works with comments, pages, posts, and custom post types.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Requirements:

• WordPress 2.8 or higher

Limitations:

• Unfortunately this is not done automatically and the developers needs to replace the standard WordPress date/time functions with the plugin's own.
