Inspired by GitHub's Zen editing mode, the WideArea library works the same, adding a small icon to the top-right corner of a textarea.
When this icon is pressed, the extarea is expanded to fullscreen (actually full-page), and its content displayed in the center, larger and without any other visual clutter.
This way the user can focus on writing his text, without being bother by the textarea's small size, banners, ads, or other animated page elements.
The textarea's text and only the text is showed, along with a close button that returns the user to the classic view, and a background change button that toggles the background color from a light to a dark tone and back again.
A small demo is included with the WideArea package.
