useful.htmltocss.js is a Web-based tool that can be very useful for HTML&CSS developers.
This application works based on a block of HTML which you feed to it via a textarea.
The useful.htmltocss.js library analyzes this code and generates a list of CSS rules reflecting the HTML's structure.
This means developers only need to add the actual CSS properties to each rule and not have to write the entire list of selectors and their brackets (these being generated automatically).
useful.htmltocss.js supports SCSS syntax, can automatically indent the CSS code, supports abridged rules, and can also print the class names in a reversed order.
Unfortunately, it does not detect and move inline CSS to the newly generated code, so be aware of any issues that might come from this.
An out of the box, fully-working HTML to CSS converter is included with the download.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
