useful.scrolllock.js was specifically developed for navigation bars and menu containers, allowing them to stick to the top of the page as the user scrolls down and back up the page.
The navigation bar will return back to its primary position only when the user reaches the element's initial location on the page.
Of course you can use the library for pinning other elements on the page, not being created to solely work with navbars.
useful.scrolllock.js does not alter any other CSS rules for the pinned elements, but merely makes sure they're always visible regardless of the scroll bar's position.
A demo is included with the download package, to show developers how to implement the library in their projects.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
