Rimshot is a computer software designed as a replacement for sophisticated audio sequencers, providing users with an easy and straightforward way to create all sorts of drum beats. It’s a multiplatform software, distributed for free under an open source license.
Features at a glance
Key features include a clean, simple and intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) that allows users to create drum beats with just a few mouse clicks, a wide range of samples that include different cymbals and drums, making your imagination the limit of what you can create with Rimshot.Additionally, the software also includes an interactive play mode that allows you to view the beats in 3D (three dimensions), in the style of the popular Guitar Hero or Rockband games. You can also import and export beats, as well as to share them with your friends.

In the first step you will have to download the binary package from either Softoware or the project’s website (see the homepage link below for details) and save it on your Home directory. In the second step, you will have to extract the contents of the archive with your favorite archive manager utility. In the third and last step, you must open the extracted folder and double click on the Rimshot.love file.
Run on Linux, Windows and Mac
Being written in LOVE, the program runs well on all GNU/Linux distributions, as well as on the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. It is currently supported on 32 and 64-bit computer platforms.Requirements:
