Qore ncurses Module

Qore ncurses Module is an open source module for the Qore programming language that provides the "Window" and "Panel" classes, as well as many constants and functions.

What is new in this release:

• Updated configure to check the directory specified with --prefix first when looking for dependent libraries.
• Updated to compile when panel.h is under the ncurses subdirectory (ex: OpenSuse 11.1).
