A simple program to allow the viewing, starting and stopping of windows services. When it is not possible or practical to use the inbuilt windows services control panel then you can use this. For example due to user restrictions it is sometimes not possible to open the windows services control panel even though it is possible to start and stop services. This program should help in such circumstances.
