WordPress natively supports a plugin and theme source code editor.
This plugin can be used for the blog owner to restrict access to these features from other admins.
Perfect for cases where other admins don't have source code knowledge or for when WP is delivered as a package for paying customers that you might not be willing to provide easy access to the source.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
