The Login Security doesn't actually block anything, but merely records successful and failed login attempts, detecting high-rate login attempts, usually performed by a login bot.
The plugin will track its IP and user agent strings, making a record in the backend and letting the webmaster known about the source of the attack.
He then can block this IP from ever reaching his website again, and keep his data safe.
Installation:
