Restrict Categories

The admin can set special category access permissions on a per user or per role basis.

He can also limit users from viewing, adding, and editing categories or one category alone.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
