Custom Upload Dir

WordPress allows to use month- and year-based folders.

Different from that, the plugin can build paths from additional variables like: post title, post author and day.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
