AJAX Form Pro (WordPress)

AJAX Form Pro for WordPress enables WP admins to not only create simple contact forms, but any type of Web form, from registration to complex order or checkout forms.

All forms can be customized and easily published on the site, giving the admin complete control over the form styles and the way thy validate and send data to a server or email address.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

This plugin is also available as a stand-alone PHP script.
