Fetch Tweets is one of the easiest to use and most powerful WordPress Twitter plugins at the same time.

It provides various ways for embedding a wide set of tweets and Twitter data on the site, via shortcode, template tag or sidebar widget.

The plugin comes with its own settings page in the WP backend and a "rules" system for setting up tweet retrieving sets.

The tweet stream templates can also be edited and tweets can be cached for faster output and to avoid the Twitter API maximum query limit.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
