FunkWhois

FunkWhois can be used to enter a desired domain name, select the desired TLD and see if the domain can be registered or is already taken.

If the domain is free, a link is provided so the webmaster can register it. If the domain is already taken, a link is provided so he can see what's being hosted on it.

Users can query for one domain name at a time, or for all at once.

The script comes with a series of TLD lookups already hardcoded in the source, but new whois domain lookups can be added following the given pattern.
