Migrate

Migrating WordPress sites is not incredibly difficult compared to other CMSs, but it's complicated enough to crash your installation if you forget one or more steps.

The Migrate script was created to automate the process of replacing the older URL with the new installation URL, without having to manually edit config files and database records.

The script is basically a 2-step process, one where domain details are added, and the next as a safe-guard to review and confirm the migration action, just to make sure you don't accidentally mistype an URL.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the WordPress root directory.
Access directly via your browser.
Follow the provided instructions.
