If you decided to give Weceem a chance, make sure to read to installation procedures detailed in the documentation, which might not be that user friendly if you're not already well versed in Java and especially dealing with Groovy.
The CMS might be a little hard to setup, but it will provide all the basic functionality you expect from a CMS, including the ever-present visual interface to help anyone add, edit and remove pages from the site.
