jQuery.scrollChaser

jQuery.scrollChaser enables a developer to make an element stick to the top of the page while the user is scrolling down a page.

The element can stick to the top of the browser window all the page, or just inside another container. In the latter case, when the container goes off-screen completely, the sticky element will be removed from the top of the window.

jQuery.scrollChaser also supports offset top/bottom margins and a reversed, stick-to-bottom mechanism as well.
