The NATO phonetic alphabet is a way of using words to replace letters (Alpha for A, Bravo for B, etc.).
The Phony.js library provides a way to convert basic text messages to NATO alphabet using the power of JavaScript.
Phony.js is framework agnostic and also works with client-side (browsers) and server-side (Node.js) environments.
Besides the NATO alphabet, technically known as ITU, there are also other alphabets coded in with the library.
These are ANSI, ICAO, and FAA.
