is.js works by asking the browser a question and getting a quick boolean response to use for further processing and conditional function execution.
While not that very complex, is.js can be a crucial piece of code, since it can be used in checking various conditions before loading, executing, or modifying a page.
is.js can be used as a standalone library, or integrated with more complex pieces of code and applicaitons.
The library includes many built-in conditional checks commonly used in Web development.
