Feedify will scan a page and look for simple give-aways in the text.
Anything starting with an "@" character will be linked to a corresponding Twitter account, and anything with "#" will be linked to a corresponding Twitter hashtag search.
URL addresses and email addresses will also be linkified, letting users easily click on them and be redirected to that link or to a mail client for composing an email.
Additionally, Feedify also comes with support for escaping its own linkifying actions, by placing text inside quotation marks or < or > glyphs.
The plugin can be a helpful tool for supporting properly linked text inside comment fields, or with text editing toolkits where the user tends to forget to properly insert links, mentions, or emails.
As a developer you can use Feedify as well, sparing you from having to write long anchor tags and leaving this for the plugin at runtime.
