Tony Linux is an open source Linux operating system build with the help of the Ubuntu Core distribution and created using the powerful Remastersys software.
The system includes the following packages, on top of an Ubuntu 12.04 LTS CLI base: alsa-utils, LXappearance, gksudo, LXpanel, Midori, Openbox, PCmanFM, Scite, Synaptic Package Manager, Slim, vomumeicon-alsa, Wicd, and xinit.
The PCmanFM, wicd-client, LXpanel and volumeicon packages have been configured to be loaded during the login process. Also, the default appearance of LXpanel has been modified, so it doesn't look ugly.
A custom wallpaper, a shutdown script (located at /usr/bin/logout-script), and a ~/.xinitrc file to load openbox-session properly have been added in Tony Linux. Detailed installation instructions can be found on the downloads section.
