visualCaptcha can help developers in protecting their online forms from spam bots and automated hacking attempts.
Because it relies on mouse clicks to validate a form, most bots fail and only live human-based submissions can validate visualCaptcha.
The system relies on displaying a set of icons/images and asking the user to click one of them.
Since spam bots can't tell icons/objects from one another, only a human will be able to select the right icon from the list of objects.
For visually challenged users there's also audio support as well.
visualCaptcha also includes support for easy customizations, allowing developers to use custom icons and audio versions via easy editable JSON configuration files.
The entire code is extremely lightweight and portable enough to be used as a stand-alone or packaged with more complex systems.
