SphinUX OS is an open source, revolutionary POSIX-compatible operating system that uses the Egyptian LSX kernel architecture, claiming to be much faster than Linux.
The SphinUX OS developers also claim that the memory usage of their operating system is even 3x less than the current usage of any Linux operating system.
In order to operate correctly, SphinUX OS requires at least 333MHz CPU, 256MB of RAM, around 10 or 20GB of free disk space, and any supported graphics adapter.
It uses the KDE Software Compilation as its default desktop environment, and provides full session encryption technology.
