Threading2

Threading2 was designed to implement primitives using native platform functionality where possible and to expose more sophisticated functionality.

It has the ability to alter thread execution priority, and also supports thread groups for parallel code execution.

It can also set CPU affinity for each thread and can also manage locked threads.

All original threading module features work the same and all functionality has been left intact. This allows developers to quickly switch between the two modules when they need more features without altering their previous code.

What is new in this release:

• Don't try to use sched_setaffinity for setting thread affinity.
• It requires the os-level thread id which we do not know without hackery.
