SWFPut makes it very easy for users to embed movies and audio files on a Web page on WordPress.
Relying solely on a visual interface, SWFPut caters not only to advanced developers, but to people with less technical skills as well.
SWFPut was coded around the Gnash Flash video plugin and does not use any JavaScript files at all.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
