Lazyest Stylesheet

The CSS rules will remain active even if the user updates his blog theme or plugins.

Lazyest Stylesheet stores additional styles away from the themes and plugin directories.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
