The "Pay with a tweet" plugin is a complex system that allows users to protect files against hot-linking by putting a barricade in their way.
The plugin allows administrators to upload a file, add the tweet's text and select an image for their "pay with a tweet" button.
Once everything is setup, a shortcode will automatically be generated, which editors can use to embed the "pay with a tweet" button in their content.
This button works exactly how you expect it to work. Users press it, get redirected to Twitter, authorize a Twitter app, post the tweet and are redirected back to the site where their file's download starts.
The "Pay with a tweet" plugin can work with multiple instances on the same page and also comes with a sidebar widget included.
