Quick admin color scheme picker

Just click on the username on the right top corner, and a small drop-down panel will appear, allowing the user to quickly select a new color scheme for the backend.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

What is new in this release:

• Code cleanup.
• Removed support for WP < 3.3.

What is new in version 0.4:

• Update to work with WP 3.3, post-19230. Hopefully this will be the last of the 3.3 fixes.
• Now using add_menu instead of add_note.
