sense.js simplifies the process of using HTML5 APIs to interact with underlying mobile hardware and create unique interaction patterns for mobile applications.
The library currently supports the following gestures/interactions:
- phone orientation changes
- phone flicking
- phone flipping
- phone flinging
- screen tilt-based scrolling
On top of this, the library also includes a debug flag, allowing developers to easily get to the bottom of problems when first creating their application.
As you can see, these are non-touch interactions, usually ignored by most developers and considered "off limits" because they can't be replicated on desktop browsers.
