Conditionizr works by detecting the user's browser type, device type, touch, Retina, and pixel ratio support, loading the proper CSS and JS files.

This automates the process of providing polyfills and mobile support for specific devices, and also reduces it to the few lines of code it takes to load and configure the plugin.

The Conditionizr is also framework-agnostic, and doesn't require any JavaScript framework to work properly.

The project was also nominated for a .NET Magazine Open Source Project of the Year award, so you can rest assured most of the World's leading developers consider it a must have tool for their projects.

As the name might hint, Conditionizr was inspired and works seamlessly with Modernizr.
