SimpleStateManager (or Simple State Manager, or SSM) works complementary to CSS3's Media Queries API and allows developers to do "extra things" when the user changes the way he views a website.
Unlike Media Queries that change how a website looks based on the user's viewport width, SSM also lets developers change how a website behaves, not only based on the viewport width, but also coupled with some extra filters & states.
Basically SimpleStateManager lets developers target certain "browser states," and by state we refer to a certain set of very precise conditions.
So instead of targeting a very generic browser window width, developers can use SimpleStateManager to target more finer and particular browser features.
These can range from device types to JavaScript events, and come with Enter, Leave and Resize events.
