Kali Linux Polish Edition is an open source Linux-based operating system specially crafted for security professional who want a secure development environment. It is a community developed remix of the Kali Linux distribution for Polish-speaking users.

Distributed as a Premium Live DVD

This Kali Linux remix is distributed as a premium Live DVD ISO image that is archived with the 7z compression format and weighing approximately 4GB in size. To use it, the user must first extract the ISO image from the 7z archive and then burn it onto a DVD discs or write it on a USB flash drive.

Boot options

From the boot screen, the user can start the Kali Linux 1.0.6 live environment with a 3.12 (32-bit PAE) kernel, start the Kali Linux 1.0.3 live environment with a 3.7 (32-bit PAE) kernel or start the live session in 32-bit (i686 PAE) failsafe mode.

Furthermore, you can start Kali Linux 1.0.6 or 1.0.3 in forensics mode, as well as to start the graphical installer directly to permanently install the operating system on a local disk drive.

Uses Kali Linux’s graphical desktop environment

As expected, the distribution uses Kali Linux’s graphical desktop environment, which is powered by GNOME and comprises of a single panel located on the upper side of the screen, from where you can launch applications or interact with opened programs.
