SVG allows developers to embed resolution independent vector graphics on a Web page.
The standard is well known and has become a darling in the Web Development Community, being widely used in today's fragmented desktop and mobile market.
Unfortunately, even if support is pretty good, SVG is still not supported on all Internet browsers.
For (older) browsers that don't natively support SVG, the SVGeezy library can be used to dynamically replace any SVG object with a bitmap image.
Any type of image format can be used, working in bulk for all images embedded on the page.
What is new in this release:
- Added minified version of SVGeezy.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
