The Rotating Billboard System implements a rotating animated advertising billboard system.
No Flash is used to animate the images, only jQuery code.

Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- jQuery 1.3.2 or higher
Limitations:
- All billboard images must be sliced in little pieces before animating them.
