Carrots uses a simple "file & folder" system to store the gallery's images.
To install just copy Carrots to a Web folder.
To create an album, go to the "/images" directory and create new folders for each album. The name of the folder will be the name of the album.
Inside these album folders, copy the desired images via a FTP client.
Carrots will also scan for a "_info.txt" file inside each folder. The information it finds inside will be printed above the images as a description.
If you add a folder with only a text file inside it, the gallery page can then serve as a text page for printing various information.
Images listed inside a gallery page are also lightbox-linked, so when clicking on one they will open inside a modal image viewer.
Carrots also automatically assembles a navigation menu from all gallery folders, to easily switch between photo albums.
