jQuery HoverPulse Plugin

The effect can be applied to other elements outside images, like list items, links, DIVs, and so on.

Practically any DOM element that can be resized.

In its raw form, the jQuery HoverPulse Plugin slowly increases the height and width of an element proportionally when the user's mouse goes over a selected element.

When the mouse is removed from over that element, it resizes back to its original size.

Developers can control HoverPulse animation speed and the size it grows to.
