Pidgin Persistent Notification is a GNOME Shell extension that offers persistent notifications for the Pidgin app.
It will notify users every time a new message arrives.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it has not been tested with Cinnamon.
