Alternative Status Menu is a GNOME Shell extension that replaces the Status Menu with similar one that shows Power Off, Hibernate and Suspend as separate entries.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it was not tested with Cinnamon.
