Monitor Status Indicator is a GNOME Shell extension that adds support for rotating monitors, by providing a menu on the GNOME Panel.
Keep in mind that this extension will override the gnome-settings-daemon package.
To install this extension you must have GNOME Shell installed or Cinnamon. However, keep in mind that it was not tested with Cinnamon.
