xScroll allows an extra level of customization for a Web page, letting programmers control the scrollbar UI.
Besides the graphic changes made to the scrollbar, developers can also mimic the behavior seen the OS X Lion systems, by showing the scrollbar only when it's hovered.
A demo is included with the download package.
Limitations:
- The plugin is still under development. Might change drastically from version to version.
