The Bug Genie enhances the code development process by offering an advanced tool to manage feature requests, bug reports and user feedback.
It comes packed with lots of features, making it ideal for any project type and working environment.
This means it can be used by both developers, designers, and even non-development or non-technical users.
The Bug Genie is made up of two separate interfaces. One is the backend where only admins and the support staff have access, and the second is the frontend where users can open tickets and request new features.
Both entities are fully customizable and are in full control of The Bug Genie administrator which can enhance them via modules and various other configuration options.

- Support for account activation, which requires the mailing module and can be turned on from the module's settings - new registrations will need to click an activation link in the email before they can log in.
