sticky-div allows developers to make important page elements display in a fixed position, an incredibly useful tool for highlighting UI elements like menus, toolbars, editing controls, and so on.

Using this plugin is quite simple and highly recommended on long vertical pages where the user has to scroll long distances to get back at the top of the page just to click one time.

Customizable plugin options include a top and bottom buffer distance for the fixed element, along with a minimum screen width value for responsive layouts, under which the sticky element will be disabled.
