Practically, hg-github wraps the Hg-Git Python package, adding GitHub support.
hg-github doesn't work directly with GitHub code, but supports only repositories hosted on Bitbucket (Mercurial hosting provider) which in turn are mirrored on GitHub.
All changes and interactions go through Bitbucket, which handles all the conversions and modifications between the two accounts.
To use, the user must have the same usernames on Bitbucket and GitHub.
