Google TTS can be used to read and speak text from a Web page, taking full advantage of the Google TTS API, an integral part of the Google Translate service.
All spoken text will be rendered via HTML 5 Audio (if supported).
Due to some restrictions, the Google TTS library is only ideal for in-browser plugins and PhoneGap apps.
A demo is included with the download package. Usage instructions are provided with the package's README file.
