iCheck

iCheck doesn't do anything different than the plethora of form masking toolkits out there, only it does it better, and with a lot more artistic style than all of them.

The plugin comes with support for radio buttons and checkboxes only, leaving drop-down selects and opt-groups to other, more capable plugins.

iCheck is extremely easy to configure and deploy, even allowing users to easily switch styles and skins whenever they feel the need for a UI facelift.

Even if written for jQuery, iCheck is compatible with Zepto.js as well.

Multiple iCheck examples are included with the download package.
